Dark chocolate praline with creamy dark chocolate mousse.

What's Inside?

With its subtle contrast of creamy, aerated dark chocolate in the middle and a crisp and intense chocolate coating, the Manon Noir is a parcel of joy for lovers of Belgian dark chocolate.

The Story Behind Manon Noir

Smooth, airy praline fillings of the purest tradition. The rich fluffiness of the cream is captured in a thin crisp chocolate layer. Manon pralines are named after opera singer Suzanne Neuhaus, Jean’s daughter, who achieved fame for her role as Manon Lescaut in Jules Massenet’s celebrated opera.
